St. Petersburg Law Firm has an immediate opening for a Legal Administrator with management, finance, computer and human resources skills.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the administrative operations of the Firm, including supervising all non-attorney personnel
  • Managing the Firm’s operating and information systems
  • Supervising the facilities of the Firm
  • Responsible for overseeing the Firm’s finance functions including planning and implementing the Firm’s annual budget, tracking client development efforts, financial and tax reporting, general ledger and trust accounting, assisting with billing and collections, cash flow control, managing banking relationships and payroll and fringe benefits for employees and balance of all financial statements. Requires knowledge of all aspects of accounting.
