Most legal recruiters have never worked inside a law firm. Theresa Stenner-Jones spent over two decades in them. She started at Cohen Gettings & Dunham in 1977, worked her way up from the accounting department to Legal Administrator, and later served as Director of Administration at Riden, Earle & Kiefner in St. Petersburg. After more than 22 years of hiring, managing staff, and keeping legal offices running, she knew she could do it better on her own.
She founded All Legal Staff in 2001. Today, Theresa and her daughter Danielle run the company together, with more than 10,000 placements and counting. ALS is a family business in every sense. Theresa treats her clients and candidates the way she treats her own family: with real attention, honest advice, and the kind of follow-through that only comes from people who are personally invested in the outcome.

Meet the Team
Theresa Stenner-Jones — Founder & President
Theresa’s legal career started in 1977 when she joined Cohen Gettings & Dunham in Arlington, Virginia while still in college. Over 15 years, she worked her way from the accounting department to Accounting Manager to the firm’s first Legal Administrator. She managed all recruiting, hiring, finances, facilities, benefits, and technology for a 50-person firm with offices in DC and Arlington. She was the one who brought the firm into the computer age, implementing their first time and billing systems, servers, and case management software.
In 1992, she moved to St. Petersburg, Florida and became Director of Administration at Riden, Earle & Kiefner. There she managed a staff of approximately 100 attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and support professionals. She handled everything from recruiting and onboarding to financial analysis, attorney profitability, technology management, and facilities.
After 22 years inside law firms, Theresa founded All Legal Staff in 2001. She had hired for every role, managed every type of legal professional, and understood the daily pressures that law firms face from the inside. That is what makes ALS different. Theresa does not just match resumes to job descriptions. She matches people to cultures, workloads, and long-term fit because she has been on the other side of that hiring decision hundreds of times.
Under her leadership, ALS has placed more than 10,000 legal professionals with firms across Tampa Bay and throughout Florida.
Outside the office, Theresa is a devoted grandmother to two granddaughters and has volunteered with Metropolitan Ministries every holiday season since 2013. She brings the same care to her clients and candidates that she brings to her own family.

Danielle Faries — Recruitment Director
Danielle grew up around the business. She started at ALS in 2007 as an Executive Assistant while finishing her degree at the University of South Florida, learning the staffing industry from the ground up alongside her mom.
After graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration (Business Marketing) in 2008, Danielle spent six years at Affinity Consulting Group, where she managed projects and led business development for a company that provides technology and management solutions to law firms. That experience gave her a broader view of how legal organizations operate, and what they actually need when they hire.
She returned to ALS in 2017 as Recruitment Director. Today, Danielle leads candidate sourcing, client relationships, and the company’s marketing and digital presence, including the website, branding, and outreach.
Outside of work, Danielle made history at USF as the only woman to play men’s collegiate Division III ice hockey during the 2007-2008 season with the IceBulls, earning an ACHA Academic All-American award in the process. She brings that same competitiveness and work ethic to recruiting.
